The legal services firm is located above the offices of Evans Marketing Co., Ltd., beside the expanded Outlets Mall on Thepprasit Road, just before the intersection with Sukhumvit Highway in Jomtien.

Mr. Evans was first accredited as a Certified Business Advisor in 1981. A native of the U.S., Mr. Evans has also been accorded the International Realtor designation. His firm was the first business brokerage in Pattaya, to which he moved after several years as a marketing and business consultant in Bangkok, where he opened his first office in Thailand and where the new firm will also maintain a practice.

In the USA, Mr. Evans attended New York University and New York’s famous New School. He has served as a consultant to several Fortune 500 companies, most notably with a multi-year engagement with the Exxon Corporation. Mr. Evans is immediate past President of the Pattaya-Thaksin Rotary Club. He and his wife and three teen-age daughers live in Huay Yai.
